Bee Hotel Environment Mockup

The Building Block Bee Hotel is my product concept for a child-friendly, hands-on activity for kids to explore the innerworkings of wild bees. 

A bee hotel is a human-made habitat for wild bees and pollinators to occupy during the warm months. Wild bees are solitary pollinators, and their habitats are drastically declining due to deforestation and climate change. 

The Building Block Bee Hotel is a kit containing all the materials necessary to build your own bee hotel in your backyard. The building block style of the product encourages customization and easy assembly of the product. 

Designing the package involved research, ideating different types of packaging, designing assets and the logo, and printing a prototype of the package.
